On the face of it, I had a pretty good punting weekend, going 4 from 4 in the URC.

I also finished ahead in Super Rugby, although the big disappointment was the Blues, who I backed to upset the Chiefs.That result pulled me back somewhat and, throwing in a couple of cycling losses as well, I still felt as though I’d let the bookies get away this weekend.

We now move into playoff rugby with the three Super Rugby qualifiers taking centre stage this weekend, while the URC semifinals are also upon us.

The Super Rugby blog is up and running with my projected handicaps, and the URC semifinals blog is also live with projected lines and early betting thoughts.

As I type these I see Betx have got handicaps so I will be comparing now

SRP Blog updated with an early strike 

Crusaders -6.5 at 0.93/1 

The other caps are close. 

Am I missing something here? The Blues so poor in a game they surely wanted to win and the Crusaders as Nathan has pointed out are building something of a fortress in their new ground

agree Brent, the Blues look a side waiting for their new coaching team. i never like a situation with an outgoing coach in any sport, and with Cotter moving to Reds at end of season it just seems like the Blues have lost focus.

taken -7 @ 10/11 as i cannot get the -6.5.

Crusaders now -7.5 and Hurricanes -18.5 out a point. 

Big mover is Chiefs from -13.5 to -17.5 

Pretty stable in the URC andI see Leinster have some injury concerns. currently -12.5 and I still expect them to start at -14.5

I had meetings from 9am and onluy just though of the game now and saw the score - what a thumping 

Alot of money for the unders and I think a fair bit for the Brumbies, reckon the books are off to a flier

Been more downs than ups the last few weeks but managed to keep the stakes under control. 

Really like the Crusaders tomorrow minus 8.5 though there is rain about once again in the morning but this should have cleared by kick off. 

In the later game I'm on the unders 57.5 in Hamilton.

I enjoyed the party  a bit too much which is why I have only updated the URC blog now

geez 31 pts 1st half, the over 47.5 looked nailed on. bad beat, and was 3/3 on rugga for weekend so that was a bit cruel.
