Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Greyville on Saturday 13th June where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge

Race 1

LENOXX has shown good improvement in each of his efforts to date. He showed speed over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time before getting pipped by Tudor Rose. The son of Querari is ideally drawn in Barrier Four and can go one better.

TENAREEF understandably raced green on debut, but the manner in which he stayed on at the finish was encouraging. The son of Rafeef would have gained from the experience and should love the rise to 1200m. He should make the natural improvement and is a threat.

DEONARIE finished 0.8 lengths behind the top choice on debut. The son of Querari would have come on from the run and should make the natural progression.

Race 2

SWEET GREEN is better than her last start as she was reported to be lame on her left hind. She returns from an 18-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up. Her debut effort when second over 1000m at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth, catches the eye. If not in need of the run, she may be the one to beat.

PACIFIC MOOD lost a length leaving the start on debut, understandably raced green and stayed on to finish fifth. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. She would have come on from the run and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should pose a threat.

QUERARISTINYFERARI was disappointing in her last start on the polytrack. Her form prior to that outing was good. She is likely to race on the speed and may be hard to peg back.

Race 3

ZAGREB hails from the visiting Ricky Maingard stable. He ran a good race when third over 1600m at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth last time. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. He has been gelded which may have done the trick. The yard is in fine form in KwaZulu-Natal, and he can shed his maiden tag.

BARRY’S BOY was caught late when third over 1000m on this course last time. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. The son of Ideal World can go close.

LIGHT THE FIRE ran a good race when second over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. It must be noted that Pritti United has come out and won again since. Keagan de Melo retains the ride and the combination merit obvious consideration.

Race 4

This is a competitive Class 4 field and caution is advised. The tentative first selection is RED BOMBER from the Alyson Wright stable. He was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over this C&D. He meets a similar line-up this afternoon and can notch up his fifth-career victory.

DEFINITELY YES has consistent form to his name. He gets the services of 4kgs claiming Apprentice Divesh Ramkhalawon which will assist his cause. With luck in running, he can fight out the finish.

LITTLE BOY BLUE tried hard when second over this C&D last time. The tongue-tie seems to have done the trick. He does have an awkward draw of eight to contend with, but gets the services of Richard Fourie who will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.

Race 5

MOHAVE PRINCE was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He received a four-pound penalty for that victory. Rachel Venniker steps back into the saddle and he can notch up his fifth-career victory.

TYRCONNELL got up where it matters most to win his last start over this C&D. He received a three-pound penalty for that victory. He is in a good space and merits healthy respect.

FRENCH TRIP ran a fair race over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He finished second in his only attempt over this C&D. He should get a good run in transit from Barrier Two and cannot be discounted

Race 6

CAPTAIN OLIVER is better than his recent form suggests. He has finished second in both his efforts over this distance. His only career victory has come on this course. The son of Potala Palace has dropped in the ratings and has cracked a good draw of two. Mickaelle Michel retains the ride, and he can cause the upset.

VIHAAN’S BOMB is better than his last start in the Listed Lonsdale Stirrup Cup. His penultimate run when third over 2000m on this course was encouraging. He jumps from pole position and is one of the leading contenders.

THE MIKADO is better than his recent form. He drops back in class and Craig Zackey may be able to get the best out of him where it matters most.

Race 7

NATIVE RULER was not beaten far in the Grade 3 WSB 1900 last time. He would have come on from the outing and should strip much fitter. This run will bring him to his peak for the Grade 1 Hollywoodbets Durban July. He is the class horse in this contest and may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.

HOLDING THUMBS finished 0.4 lengths behind the top choice last time. He is 2.5kgs worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result. The son of Vercingetorix will strip much fitter and is a threat.

TENPENNY is better than his last start in the Grade 3 Legal Eagle Stakes. His form prior to that outing was good. He needs to win this race to have a chance of getting into the Grade 1 Hollywoodbets Durban July. If taking to this course, he can feature. l and should give her all the necessary assistance from the saddle.

Race 8

TALK TO THE MASTER has good consistent form to his credit. He was running on when second in the Non- Black Type Race Coast Sales Big Cap. He finished second in his only attempt over this distance. Serino Moodley steps back into the saddle and he may be the one to beat.

FUTURE VARIETY showed good signs of a form return over this C&D last time. If confirming his recent improvement, he should fight out the finish.

CATS PAJAMAS was not disgraced when fifth in the Grade 2 Independent On Saturday Drill Hall Stakes. He won his only attempt over this C&D. It is encouraging that Richard Fourie steps back into the saddle, and he is a big runner.

Race 9

MISS WORLD won her stable debut over this C&D, five weeks ago. She ran on well and kept finding all the way to the line. It is encouraging that Craig Zackey retains the ride. She is in a good space and can notch up the hat-trick.

BLACK EAGLE moved up well over 1200m on the polytrack last time before getting outrun late by Position Of Power. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. The son of Rafeef is likely to race on the speed and may be hard to peg back.

BLAZING FURY ran a good race when second over this distance on the polytrack last time. He was running on well at the finish that day. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and he may be able to get the best out of him where it matters most
