arsenal1819Two English Premier League matches take place on Thursday 28th December when Arsenal host West Ham and Spurs travel to Brighton

Brighton 16/10 Draw 11/4 Spurs 15/10

Brighton needed a late equalizer from Welbeck to salvage a 1-1 draw from an away fixture at Palace last time out. That was their fifth draw in their last 10 league games alongside 3 defeats and 2 wins and they are just above half way in the standings with 27 points. They dropped points in their most recent home game, a 1-1 draw with Burnley and after that they lost 2-0 at Arsenal, the only league game where Brighton have failed to register a goal this season.

Spurs hung on to win 2-1 at home to Everton last time out, a third successive win after a 4-1 victory at home to Newcastle and a 2-0 win at Forest. That moved Spurs into the top 4 although fifth placed Manchester City could go above them if they win at Everton on Wednesday night.

Spurs did the double over Brighton last season, winning this fixture 1-0 and their home game 2-1.

The Verdict

Brighton haven't been at their best lately and Spurs are still hampered by injuries to key players but we should see a decent game here and I'm looking for goalscorers.

I went with Pascal Gross at at a big price in Brighton's defeat at Arsenal and he missed a sitter but I've plenty of time for this player and will give him another chance.

For Spurs Kulusevski is enjoying a more central role in attacking midfield and he should get a chance or two against a side who can usually be relied upon to concede at some stage.

Bets: Anytime goalscorer Pascal Gross at 56/10 with BoyleSports

Anytime goalscorer Dejan Kulusevski at 44/10 with BoyleSports

Arsenal 7/20 Draw 46/10 West Ham 73/10

Arsenal come into this game in second spot and victory here would see them go top of the standings, replacing Liverpool. The Gunners played out a 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Anfield last time out and they remain unbeaten in the league at home with 7 wins alongside 2 draws which came in London derby clashes with Spurs and Fulham.

West Ham have just reeled off back to back home wins over Wolves (3-0) and Manchester United (2-0). A 2-1 victory at Spurs early this month is their stand out result away from home although they did subsequently crash 5-0 at Fulham.

West Ham knocked Arsenal out of the EFL Cup this season with a 3-1 home win whilst their visit to The Emirates last season saw them beaten 3-1.

The Verdict

I made Arsenal the better side in the top of the table clash with Liverpool and I expect them to dominate and West Ham to play on the counter.

Arsenal rattled up 10 corners against Brighton in a recent home game and with West Ham having some quality set piece takers I'm with a total corner count of 11 or more.

That aside I'm looking for both teams to score in a game of 3 goals or more

Bets: Total corners over 10.5 at 1.22/1 with BoyleSports

Total Goals & Both Teams to Score over 2.5 and yes at 13/10 with BoyleSports
