barcelonaThe second legs of two Uefa Champions League quarter finals take place on Tuesday when Atletico Madrid take a 2-1 lead to Dortmund and Barcelona have a 3-2 advantage when they host PSG

Dortmund 5/4 Draw 26/10 Atletico 1.95/1

First half goals from Rodrigo de Paul and Samuel Lino put Atletico in control of the first leg in Madrid last week but Dortmund improved as the game wore on and Sebastien Haller pulled a goal back 9 minutes from time. Dortmund had chances to level it but the game finished 2-1 to Atletico.

Dortmund came through their Round of 16 clash with PSV with a 3-1 aggregate win. They drew the first leg away from home 1-1 and then scored early and late for a 2-0 home win in the return.

In the group stage Dortmund recovered from losing their opening match 2-0 at PSG and then a 0-0 draw at home to Milan with 3 straight wins and a 1-1 draw at home to PSG on Matchday 6 saw them top the group of death.

In the Bundesliga Dortmund won 2-1 away to Munchengladbach at the weekend and they are fifth in the standings, level on points with Leipzig and they have a fight on their hands to finish in the top 4.

Atletico booked their quarter final spot after getting the better of Inter in a penalty shoot out. They lost the first leg 1-0 in Milan but turned things around with a 2-1 home win thanks to a late goal from Depay.

Atletico were unbeaten in the group stage with 4 wins and 2 draws. They were foot perfect in Madrid with wins over Feyenoord (3-2), Celtic (6-0) and Lazio (2-0) with that win over Lazio providing their only clean sheet.

After a 3-1 home win over Girona at the weekend Atletico are in fourth spot in La Liga but well behind the top 2 and out of touch with the title race.

The Verdict:

This looks tricky to me and a case could be made for any of the 3 possible outcomes in the match result market. I'll take my chances on both teams scoring in a game of 3 goals or more

Barcelona 12/10 Draw 28/10 PSG 1.95/1

Barca won last week's first leg in Paris 3-2. Raphinha gave Barca a 1-0 half time lead but just after the break 2 goals in as many minutes for PSG from Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha put the French side in front. Raphinha then squared things up with his second goal of the game and substitute Andreas Christensen found the winner for the visitors on 77 minutes.

Barca saw of Napoli 4-2 on aggregate in the previous round. They drew the first leg 1-1 away from home and ran out 3-1 winners in the return and Lewandowski  was on target in both legs.

Barca's 2 wins over Porto in the group stage saw them edge top spot in the group. They won their first 3 matches and defeats came away from home, 1-0 at Shakhtar and then 3-2 at Antwerp on Matchday 6.

After a 1-0 win away to Cadiz at the weekend Barca are in second place in La Liga but the remain 8 points adrift of leaders Real who they will face in Madrid at the weekend.

PSG won both legs of their R016 match up with Real Sociedad, 2-0 at home and then 2-1 away and Mbappe scored 3 of those 4 goals.

PSG were drawn in the toughest of groups and they squeezed through as runners up to Dortmund, edging out AC Milan with Newcastle fourth. They won their first two home matches against Dortmund (2-0) and AC Milan (3-0) and they scraped a 1-1 draw with Newcastle in Paris. Away form was very poor with defeats in

Newcastle (4-1) and Milan (2-1) but a 1-1 draw in Dortmund on Matchday 6 helped them shade AC Milan for second spot.

In Ligue 1 PSG have lost just 1 of 28 matches, they were not in action at the weekend and at the time of writing they held a commanding 10 point lead at the top of the standings.

The Verdict:

The way the tie stands we should see goals. Raphinha is a man full on confidence and whilst he was struggling in the UCL prior to the first leg his performance in Paris earns him the anytime goalscorer vote
