SpursStadiumTwo English Premier League matches take place on Thursday when Spurs host West Ham and Newcastle travel to Everton

Everton 2.15/1 Draw 24/10 Newcastle 13/10

Since being hit with a 10 point deduction Everton have played 2 league games, losing 3-0 at home to Manchester United and bouncing back with last weekend's 1-0 win at Forest. They finished the previous round third from bottom with 7 points, 2 shy of fourth bottom Luton who they can overhaul if they win here. With just 4 points from 7 home games Everton's record at Goodison is one of the worst in the top flight.

Newcastle were 1-0 winners at home to Manchester United last weekend and they finished the round in sixth spot, 3 points shy of a top 4 position. Despite a very lengthy injury list they have lost just 1 of their last 10 league games, 2-0 at Bournemouth in their most recent EPL road trip and they drew 1-1 away to PSG in the UCL last week.

The Verdict

Newcastle have done really well given the amount of injuries they have acquired but this could be tough against an Everton side who have won 5 of their last 10 and are hence in a false position in the standings.

Everton's home form is a worry but I can see one of the teams failing to register a goal.

Bets: Both teams to score? (no) at 11/10 with Betway

Spurs 0.77/1 Draw 32/10 West Ham 3/1

Spurs played out a thrilling 3-3 draw away to Manchester City last weekend and finished the round in fifth spot, 2 points behind fourth placed Villa who host Man City a day before this game takes place. Prior to that they suffered 3 successive defeats and they remain without a number of key players who helped them top the log earlier in the season.

West Ham have taken 7 points from their last 3 league games and are just above half way in the standings. They were 3-2 winners at home to Forest and then won 2-1 at Burnley but they couldn't follow up last weekend when they played out a 1-1 draw at home to Palace.

The Verdict

This should be a good watch, I see scope for goals and will look deep into the exotics for a bet.

Son has been in the thick of the action for Spurs of late with VAR ruling out goals and last week he was on target for both sides. I like his price to provide an assist.

Bets: Player Assists Son 1+ at 7/2 with Betway
